When we were called to this Airbnb property in Orlando, the owner initially wanted a simple tile replacement for the shower area. The plan was straightforward — remove the old tile, prepare the surface, and install new modern tiles to give the bathroom a clean, updated look for guests.
However, as soon as we started removing the first few tiles, we noticed that something wasn’t right. The walls felt soft and the insulation behind them appeared dark and damaged. What seemed like a cosmetic project quickly turned into a serious structural repair.
